Client Intake

When you choose Synergy Behavioral Services, you’re putting passionate and dedicated people in your corner to make progress possible. Regardless of where you are in the journey, we can help you make the progress your family deserves.

Our Process

  1. Complete Intake Paperwork
    • We will send you new client intake paperwork to sign through our electronic signature platform.
  2. Verification of Benefits
    • We complete the verification process through your insurance provider.
  3. Authorize an Assessment
    • We request an assessment authorization through your insurance provider. This can take up to 30 days.
  4. Assessment
    • The Clinical Supervisor and parent(s) will schedule a time for the Clinical Supervisor to complete an assessment on your kiddo.
  5. Build the Treatment Plan
    • The Clinical Supervisor will create a personalized six-month treatment plan for your kiddo.
  6. Authorization for Treatment
    • We request a treatment authorization with the newly produced Treatment Plan through your insurance provider. This can take up to 30 days.
  7. Case/Schedule Coordination
    • Our Case Coordinator will be in touch with parents to confirm treatment hours and to arrange the start of services – including assigning a Registered Behavior Technician who will deliver treatment.
  8. ABA Services Begin!
