Our Process
- Complete Intake Paperwork
- We will send you new client intake paperwork to sign.
- Verification of Benefits
- We complete the verification process through your insurance funder.
- Authorize an Assessment
- We file for an assessment authorization through your insurance provider. This can take up to 30 days.
- We schedule an Assessment
- The BCBA and parents will schedule a time for the BCBA to complete an assessment on your kiddo.
- Build a Treatment Plan
- The BCBA will create a personalized treatment plan for your kiddo.
- File the Treatment Plan
- We file a treatment authorization for approval through your insurance provider. This can take up to 30 days.
- ABA Services Begin!
